Consumer Services

United Appraisals has developed and has been using two primary consumer inspection report formats for many years: Pre-Purchase Inspection Report and the High-Line Diagnostic Inspection Report.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Think about this: Would you buy a used car knowing that it had previous flood damage or had been totaled and re-built or needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs? It happens all the time, so before you buy a pre-owned vehicle, learn the true condition and the facts about it first. United Appraisals can save you money and eliminate the anxiety and risk of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Our Pre-Purchase Inspection Reports allow you to make an informed buying decision.

One of our professionally trained vehicle inspectors performs the Inspection. Our inspectors come to you or where ever the vehicle is located. Inspectors check for collision damage and hidden problems by examining the vehicle's exterior, interior, chassis and engine compartment.

When completed, we will email a copy of the condition report including color digital pictures of the vehicle and any significant damages. With our comprehensive report, you'll know exactly what you're getting.

Buyers can use this information to negotiate the purchase price, and sellers can use this information to assure their credibility with prospective buyers.

Inspection fee for the Pre-Purchase Inspection Report is $119.00. Additional mileage fees may apply if the vehicle is located outside the greater metropolitan areas.

High-Line Diagnostic Report

The High-Line Report was designed and is used for exotic cars, classic cars and any high-end vehicle in which the buyer is looking for in-depth detail as to the condition. This is a very detailed report that requires several hours to complete and enter all required data. The High-Line Diagnostic Report is a true automotive vehicle survey and is often used by insurance companies to determine value and condition for insurance risk analysis.

If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle worth over $40,000.00, this is your report and especially if the vehicle is valued in excess of $70,000.00. No one wants to make a mistake with this kind of expense.

High-Line Reports include the above inspection and added diagnostic service, including pulling stored codes, and extensive systems testing. Each vehicle is test driven for performance of all systems. This report is highly detailed and includes full photo documentation with each order.

Inspection fee for the High-Line Diagnostic Inspection Report is $349.95. Additional mileage fees may apply if the vehicle is located outside the greater metropolitan areas.
